Compared with the old model, our idler cover has been strengthened, but it is inevitable that it may be deformed due to external impact (usually caused by collision during transportation).

The deformation of the idler cover will squeeze the idler, making the idler not rotate smoothly or cannot rotate. At this time, if there is lifting action, the idler will be rubbed by the actuated steel cable and eventually worn out!

It is necessary to replace the idler pulley and the idler pulley cover in time. Otherwise, continuing to use them will cause friction between the steel cable and the metal, and the steel cable will start to bifurcate and be damaged!

Our machines use steel cables that can safely carry 1.4 tons, so if you find a few forks in the steel cables, you don't have to worry. Please refer to themanual again, and then replace it when the conditions need to be replaced!
